Dear all,

As many of you know, I am making a short film. It's called A Bird Came Down, and it is a romantic drama set in the world of Brooklyn birdwatching. It will be both a standalone short and a "proof of concept" film to help get financing for my feature script of the same name.

We are close to finalizing our cast, and are now turning our focus to locations. If anyone has any leads on apartments we might be able to rent for a day or two in mid-June that more or less fit the following descriptions, I would be so grateful.

Here's what we are looking for:

1.) Pre-war apartment where the female lead and her roommate live.

• Eclectic/Brooklyn bohemian decor (not too cluttered)

• Open or somewhat spacious kitchen with some room to move

• Tree out kitchen window

2.) Garden/in-law apartment where the male lead is crashing

• Front bay windows with NO GRATES (or easily removable ones)

• Kitchen visible from living room

• Minimally furnished

• Bonus: overgrown front garden and/or signs of neglect

For both apartments, proximity to Prospect Park, where we will also be filming, would be a plus.
