I have a bedroom available in my apartment for $1200 a month plus $150 for utilities. It would be a lease takeover from October to end of January. Hi folks - I have a juniper tree that I am removing to make for more open space. It's a healthy tree, straight and even growth on all sides. Rather than kill it, I'm happy to deliver in Brooklyn to someone with a planter or outdoor space for it. It's a decent time for planting it with Winter still pretty far off..
