Hi community! My partner Cooper learned yesterday that their lease will not be renewed after 7 years due to renovations (read: to double the rent). It seems like word of mouth is how you find the best places in this city, so if anyone catches wind of any apartment leads, we are looking for a 2.5-3 bed for us and a friend in a neighborhood around Prospect Park. We have until end of March but are prepared to move sooner if we find the right gem. Thank you!!
