Hello! I am hoping to drop by free practice this Sunday, July 7 to begin reviewing for the 5th kyu test. Recent ligament and tendon tears will prohibit me from fully engaging in every movement, but if anyone wants to review the movements and patterns, I'd be grateful for the assistance.

If you are coming for free practice tomorrow, can I ask for a few hands to help move rocks from the zen garden to the roof. Tom and I are working on getting a roofer in to repair the leak that has been ongoing and we could use your help in clearing that part of the roof for them. It should take maybe 20 minutes if we have enough hands- Thank you in advance!
