Brooklyn Aikikai (a nonprofit institution) preserves, teaches, and promotes the traditional Japanese disciplines of Aikido, Zen, Misogi, and Iaido in order to foster harmony within individuals. We strive to fulfill this mission by educating the public and providing a sanctuary in New York City for the study of these arts. Brooklyn Aikikai is affiliated with Birankai North America.
